Paynesville City Ordinance amended

Paynesville, Liberia โ€” In a move to modernize and update city regulations, the Paynesville City Council has successfully enacted the amended version of the City Ordinance of municipality of Paynesville.

The legislation was officially signed into law earlier today, following a unanimous vote by council members.

Chairman Sheik Yaya Jalloh presided over the session, which saw majority members of the City Council casting their support in favor of the amendments.

The new ordinance reflects contemporary needs and priorities of Paynesville, building upon the framework last revised in 2013.

The administration of Mayor Robert Soluntul Bestman II championed the initiative, citing the necessity of aligning city rules with current social, economic, and environmental realities.
