Paynesville, Liberia โ The Paynesville City Corporation (PCC) and GonetAfrica Academy have formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) intended to enhance staff professional development.
The MOU was signed on Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at the Paynesville City Hall by Mayor Robert S. Bestman, II of Paynesville and Mohammed Kerkulah of GonetAfrica Academy.
The agreement establishes a collaborative partnership aimed at delivering tailored training programs to meet the cityโs specific needs.
Under the terms of the MOU, GonetAfrica Academy will design and provide customized, professional development courses to bridge identified skills gaps within PCC.
While the Paynesville City Corporation will nominate staff members to participate in relevant continuous professional development trainings and specialized programs.
This partnership is expected to bolster the capacity of PCC staff, ultimately contributing to more efficient city management and service delivery.
The signing ceremony was also attended by key officials from both organizations, signaling a shared commitment to fostering excellent governance through professional growth.
