MONROVIA — President Joseph Nyuma Boakai, Sr. on Monday hosted 13-year-old academic prodigy Stephen Vorkpor Jr., Liberia’s youngest recent high school graduate, at the Executive Mansion in recognition of his exceptional scholastic achievement and inspiring personal journey.
