MONROVIA – The Civil Service Agency (CSA) has expanded the reach of its Legal Power of Attorney (LPA) digital payment system with the introduction of six additional vendors onto the LPA automated platform.
The unveiling ceremony was held on Monday, December 29, 2025, at City Builders in the ELWA Junction area, where the CSA officially rolled out customized Point of Sale (POS) machines to the newly approved vendors.

The move is aimed at improving access to essential goods and services for government employees while strengthening the agency’s digital service delivery framework.
The newly added LPA vendors are City Builders, JOS Travel & Tours, Homecity, LR & Sons, Electro World, and Harbel Supermarket Corporation.

Each location is now equipped with LPA-branded POS machines that use biometric verification to securely identify civil servants and process transactions efficiently.
The LPA digital payment system operates under the guiding concept, “Take Now, Pay Small, Small,” enabling eligible civil servants to obtain needed items and services immediately while making flexible, manageable payments over time. The symbolic launch was led by CSA Director-General Dr. Josiah F. Joekai, Jr., who emphasized that the expansion forms part of the agency’s broader strategy to modernize public sector operations through technology and innovation.
