Chairman of the All Liberian Coalition Party (ALCOP - USA Chapter), Mr. Abubakarseleke Soko Sackor

Philadelphia – The Chairman of the All-Liberian Coalition Party (ALCOP – USA Chapter), Mr. Abubakarseleke Soko Sackor, has called on ALCOP Liberia to provide a full accounting of campaign funds sent from the United States.

In a statement issued over the weekend, Chairman Sackor expressed deep concern that despite the sacrifices of ALCOP members and supporters across America, no official financial report has been provided by the Liberia chapter.

“This silence is unacceptable and undermines the trust of our members and the credibility of our institution,” Sackor declared.

According to the US Chapter, significant contributions were mobilized and transferred to Liberia in good faith, with the expectation of transparent reporting. However, ALCOP Liberia has yet to send receipts, breakdowns, or communication on how those funds were used.

Chairman Sackor specifically called on Mr. Ansu Dolley and Mr. Dee Bility, who were entrusted with handling resources, to immediately produce a detailed financial report of all funds sent from the United States; receipts and evidence of expenditures, including the purchase of campaign motorbikes; and an official communication explaining how the contributions were utilized during the campaign.

“ALCOP is a people’s party, and our people deserve honesty. We will not tolerate financial secrecy or a lack of accountability. Every dollar sent must be justified with evidence,” Sackor stressed.

The statement further warned that failure to provide accountability could harm the relationship between ALCOP USA and ALCOP Liberia, while also eroding trust within the broader Mandingo and Liberian community. The US Chapter is demanding that the requested financial report and documentation be submitted within 14 days to the Office of the Chairman of ALCOP USA.
