Fassell Football Club came from behind to defeat Egyptian second-tier side Elhelal 2–1 in a pre-season friendly on Friday, August 22, 2025, in Cairo.
Elhelal struck first with an early opener, but their lead lasted only a few minutes before Fassell found a response. Titus Yeah leveled the score with a superb header, converting from a long throw-in by Lawrence Kumeh.
In the second half, Kumeh turned match-winner, curling home a fine effort from the edge of the right penalty area to seal victory for Coach Amir Alagić’s side.
Elhelal pushed for an equalizer and created several chances, but Fassell’s resilience and discipline at the back ensured the Liberian club held firm.
