Liberia’s senior men’s national team, the Lone Star, has departed for Tunisia as they prepare for their 7th 2026 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers fixture on September 4.
The journey continues four days later with another away clash against Malawi on September 8.
From six games played so far, Liberia has secured 3 victories, 1 draw, and 2 defeats, tallying a total of 10 points in Group H.
Group H includes Tunisia, Equatorial Guinea, Namibia, Malawi, São Tomé and Príncipe, and Liberia.
Only the team that finishes first will automatically qualify for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, while the runner-up could advance through the playoff route.
