The alleged perpetrator Albert Doe Davies

MONROVIA – A 52-year-old man, known affectionately as Doctor J. but identified as Albert Doe Davies, is currently wanted by authorities for the alleged rape of a 12-year-old girl in the Boulevard-72nd Community.

The victim, whose identity is being protected to maintain her privacy, is now receiving medical treatment at James N. Davies Hospital in the nearby Neezo Community in Paynesville.

Investigators report that Mr. Davies, a married man residing along the Rossville-Montserrado-Bomi highway, is accused of having been involved with the victim since March 2024, when she was just 12 years old. Allegations state that he threatened her life if she ever spoke out about their encounters.

The victim reportedly lived in fear of Mr. Davies, which led to a significant decline in her well-being. It was only during a visit to her mother’s home that her mother noticed her distress and encouraged her to share her harrowing experience of ongoing harassment and abuse.

The Women and Children Division, based in Zone 9, Jacob Town, Paynesville, is actively investigating the case. Despite the investigation, Mr. Davies has fled and remains at large.

Preliminary medical reports, including X-ray results, confirm evidence of significant physical trauma, although details have been kept confidential by the victim’s family.

Local law enforcement is diligently working to locate and apprehend Mr. Davies. The victim’s parents are urging anyone with information about his whereabouts to come forward to assist in bringing him to justice.
