Real Muja FC came from behind to secure a 2–1 victory over Bushrod Queens in their latest LFA Upper Women’s League encounter.
Bushrod Queens took an early lead through striker Blessing Dwanyen, who found the back of the net in the opening minutes. However, Real Muja responded with determination as striker Ijoemah Aghedo scored the equalizer to bring her side level.
The comeback was completed when forward Oliva Nyemah netted the winning goal to make it 2–1 in favor of Real Muja. Goalkeeper Blessing Gibson also put in a strong performance, pulling off key saves to deny Bushrod Queens several scoring opportunities.
Earth Angels Edge TAP TAP FC 1–0
In another fixture, Earth Angels FC grabbed a narrow 1–0 win over TAP TAP FC. Both sides created several chances but failed to convert early on. Midfielder Fatumata Diallo made the difference, capitalizing on one of the few clear chances to score the lone goal and hand Earth Angels their first victory of the ongoing LFA Upper Women’s League season.
