Grand Bassa County’s training camp is buzzing with fierce competition as a wave of experienced County Meet standouts battles for a place on the 2025–2026 National County Sports Meet squad. With the tournament fast approaching, the camp has become a showcase of talent, hunger, and proven pedigree.
Among the headline contenders is creative attacking midfielder Korvah Kollie, admired for his pace and sharp playmaking. Having previously turned out for Bong, Rivercess, and Grand Cape Mount, Kollie’s vast county meet experience positions him as a strong option to energize Bassa’s attacking force.
Midfield dynamo Alieu Keita is also making a strong push. A key architect behind Lofa County’s historic championship in 2020, Keita brings leadership, composure, and a winning mentality—qualities that could provide Grand Bassa with much-needed stability as the team takes shape.
