Three standout players from Black Man Warrior FC, Captain Darius Payne, Striker Augustine Dayougar, and Midfielder Samuel Wilson Snoh Jr., have departed Liberia for a one-month trial with Dubai City Football Club, a side competing in the UAE Second Division League.
The trio left on Monday morning for the Middle East, where they will be assessed by the Dubai City FC coaching staff before any decisions are made regarding contracts.
Their opportunity came after an international talent showcase in Liberia, organized by Julius “Jay” Kwateh, owner of JK Academy and a licensed football agent, alongside his business partner. The event drew international scouts and agents, ultimately leading Dubai City FC to invite the three players for trials.
BMW FC, working closely with the players’ agent, played a key role in making the trial possible. Kwateh, currently in the Netherlands, is expected to travel to Dubai in the coming days to meet the players and oversee the start of their trial.
The club views this as a major step for Payne, Dayougar, and Snoh Jr. to showcase their talent on a bigger stage. It also reflects Black Man Warrior’s commitment to talent development and building a clear pathway for its players to secure opportunities abroad.
