MONROVIA –
Alleged Drug dealer Peach H. Bility’s trial has begun at Criminal Court “C” at the Temple of Justice in Monrovia. On June 3, 2025, jurors were selected to serve on the panel for this court term. Following the jury selection, the defense team requested that the jurors be sequestered at the jury quarters within the Temple of Justice Compounds.

After the defense lawyer’s submission, Judge Joe S. Barkon granted the request and ordered the court clerk to communicate in writing to the Jury Management.

The defendant, Bility, has been indicted by the Grand Jury for Montserrado County on charges related to the unlicensed possession and transportation of controlled substances.
