Bong Mine, Bong County – In a commendable effort to enhance healthcare access, Representative Foday E. Fanhbullah has allocated US$2,500 to support an upcoming free quarterly surgical outreach. The donation was made to Dr. Freeman, who will utilize the funds to procure essential drugs and medical supplies needed for the initiative.

The outreach is scheduled to take place this weekend at the Bong Mines Hospital, with plans to provide critical surgical services to residents of Bong County, particularly those who lack the financial means for such medical care. “This financial support is aimed at ensuring that our outreach is fully equipped to deliver safe, effective, and timely medical care to patients in need,” said Representative Fanabullah.
The funds will be directed toward acquiring vital medications, surgical tools, and other necessary supplies required for the procedures, signaling a significant step in addressing the urgent medical needs of the community. This quarterly initiative not only aims to deliver surgical services but also to alleviate the financial burden that families face when seeking medical attention.

“We are grateful for the dedication of Dr. Freeman and the entire medical team who work tirelessly to make these surgeries possible,” Fahnbullah emphasized. “We look forward to another successful operation that will bring relief and healing to many.”
As Bong County strives to improve access to quality healthcare, this outreach underscores the importance of community support and collaboration in addressing public health challenges. The efforts of Representative Fahnbullah and the medical team exemplify a commitment to ensuring that health services are available and accessible, particularly for those who are most vulnerable.
