Determine Girls FC and Guinean international forward Boutou Sylla

Determine Girls FC and Guinean international forward Boutou Sylla has departed Liberia for Israel on Sunday, September 7, 2025, through the Roberts International Airport to finalize a one-season deal with Tamra Women Football Club in the Israeli Second Division League.

Sylla is no stranger to Tamra Women FC, having previously played for the side on loan. During that spell, she was outstanding scoring 14 goals and providing 4 assists in just 12 matches.

At home, the prolific forward has cemented her legacy with Determine Girls. She is the club’s all-time leading scorer with 71 goals, a former LFA Upper Women’s League Top Scorer, and the 2021/2022 Most Valuable Female Player.

Sylla played a decisive role in helping Determine Girls qualify for their first-ever CAF Women’s Champions League.

In 2022, she further demonstrated her supremacy at the zonal qualifiers, while also winning back-to-back league and Cup titles with the Liberian champions.

After nearly three successful seasons with Determine Girls, Sylla now returns to Israel to continue her professional career.

Her move not only underlines her resilience and talent, but also opens a new chapter in what has already been a remarkable football journey.
