The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has selected Liberian international referee Hannah L. Moses to officiate at the upcoming TotalEnergies Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) Morocco 2025.
The biennial international women’s football tournament, organized by CAF, will be held in Morocco from 5-26 July, 2025.

Hannah becomes the first Liberian referee to be selected for the tournament. Her selection follows her successful completion of CAF’s referees preparation course for elite women referees, held in Cairo, Egypt, in May 2025.
This marks her fourth major international tournament selection, having previously been selected for the All-African Games (Ghana 2024), the CAF Women’s Champions League (Morocco 2024), and the TotalEnergies U-17 Africa Cup of Nations (Morocco 2025).
The Liberia Football Association (LFA) extends heartfelt congratulations to Hannah and reaffirms its commitment to the development of football at all levels. The LFA remains dedicated to supporting the growing presence of Liberians on the international football stage.
