Graduates from the Center for Rehabilitation and Reintegration and Senator Darius Dillon

MONROVIA – There was happiness and hope in the Cooper Farm community on January 19 as 25 young women graduated from the Center for Rehabilitation and Reintegration (CFRR) after completing a drug rehabilitation program.

Parents thank Senator Abraham Darius Dillon for supporting the center, which they said saved their daughters from drug addiction and rejection.

Many parents shared how their families suffered shame and pain before their children received help.

CFRR Executive Director Trokon Milton said 32 young women entered the program, but 25 completed the full rehabilitation and detox process.

Some graduates shared their stories, explaining how drug use nearly destroyed their lives.

They thanked CFRR staff, social workers, and their parents for standing by them.

The young women said they are now ready to return to school and live better lives.

Lawmakers at the program encouraged the graduates to stay disciplined and make good choices.

Senator Dillon said CFRR does not focus on politics, tribe, or background, but on helping people regain their dignity.

He warned the graduates not to return to drugs, saying the center cannot take back former clients because many others still need help.

He also announced free skills training for graduates, giving them a chance to build a new future.
