Heaven Eleven wins Bettomax's Championship Cup

Heaven Eleven has been crowned champions of the maiden edition of the Bettomax Champions Cup 2025, following a dramatic 3-2 victory over FC Bea Mountain in a post-match penalty shootout.

The tightly contested final, played on Sunday, September 7, 2025, at the Tusa Field Sports Pitch in Gardnersville Township, ended 1-1 after regulation time before heading into penalties.

The Bettomax Champions Cup was more than just goals and trophies it was about moments of brilliance. And no player embodied that more than Fredrick Dennis.

The Bea Mountain playmaker dazzled throughout the tournament, guiding his team with his midfield mastery.

His outstanding displays earned him the prestigious Player of the Tournament award.

As champions, Heaven Eleven walked away with a $10,000 USD cash prize and a giant silver trophy, marking a historic moment in the club’s history.

The grand finale was graced by several high-profile dignitaries, including Bettomax Liberia Gaming Commercial Manager Livia Popescu, CEO & Country Director Wassim Abboud, Liberia Football Association President Mustapha I. Raji, Deputy Youth & Sports Minister G. Andy Quamie, Bettomax Operations Manager Fallah Briama, cultural performers, and LFA staff.

The atmosphere was further electrified by local musician Anitram, who sang the National Anthem, while fans, coaches, and supporters filled the stands in anticipation.

The celebrations reached their peak with a spectacular Christmas-style gunshot display as the winning team lifted the trophy in jubilation.
