The Liberia Football Association (LFA) today kicked off a three-day safeguarding workshop at its headquarters, bringing together officials from Women’s Community and Lower League Clubs, U-10, U-12, and U-15 teams, as well as Beach Soccer Club representatives and both female and male coaches attached to women’s teams.
The workshop aims to equip coaches, medics, and club officials with essential knowledge and skills to safeguard children, youth players, women, girls, and vulnerable adults involved in football.
Participants will learn how to protect players from all forms of harm, abuse, and exploitation, ensuring a safe and inclusive football environment across Liberia.
