LFA training session in Southeast

The Liberia Football Association (LFA) has concluded a two-day training session for football stakeholders in Grand Kru County as part of its ongoing Women’s Football Club Licensing and Competition Management System (CMS) Workshop.

Held from August 12–13 in Barclayville City, the program brought together more than 23 participants, including representatives from women’s football teams as well as third- and fourth-division men’s clubs.

Funded by FIFA through the Women’s Club Licensing program, the initiative aims to strengthen the development of women’s football while enhancing the digital capacity of clubs in the Southeastern region.

LFA Competitions and Club Licensing Manager Joel Freeman is facilitating the training, which will also be conducted in Maryland, River Gee, and Grand Gedeh Counties.
