The Liberia U-17 Girls wrapped up their WAFU-A U17 Girls Tournament on a high note, defeating Senegal 2–1 to secure third place on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at the Samuel Kanyon Doe Sports Complex.
Liberia struck twice in the first half, with the decisive second goal coming from Falconets midfielder Musu Nuah, who later earned Woman of the Match honors for her outstanding performance. Senegal pulled a goal back after the break, but the young Lone Star held firm to claim the bronze medal in front of their home supporters, capping an impressive campaign on home soil.
