Liberia Football Association (LFA) Youth Coordinator, Wind D. Gargar Jr., has departed for Cairo, Egypt, to participate in the first onsite session of the second edition of the CAF Football Executive Management Programme (FEMP). The session is scheduled from 15–17 September.
The CAF FEMP, organized by the Confederation of African Football, aims to equip football executives across Africa with enhanced leadership, strategic, and operational skills.
The programme runs from September 2025 to January 2026 and combines online learning with in-person sessions.
Key modules include governance, strategic planning, financial management, commercialization, event operations, digital innovation, and ethics in football administration.
The LFA congratulates Mr. Gargar on his selection and reaffirms its commitment to strengthening the skills of its staff and other football stakeholders, supporting sustainable growth and professional development in Liberian football.
