MONROVIA โ Mines and Energy Minister Wilmot Paye has urged members of the Disabled Rights Association of Liberia (DRAL), located in Chicken Soup Factory community, along the Japan Freeway, to rise above their physical challenges and set goals that lead to future prosperity.
Minister Paye believes that people living with physical challenges can become assets to society by being focused, determined and committed to pursuing opportunities to transform their ambitions into reality.
