Tap Tap FC striker Kabeh Sackie

TAP TAP FC claimed a narrow 1-0 victory over LEAD Monrovia Football Academy in the first leg of the ongoing LFA Women’s Lower League Playoff at the Tusa Field Sports Pitch.

At the same venue, Falconets FC edged Dolakeh FC 2-1 in an entertaining and hard-fought encounter.

The first half ended in a goalless draw, with both teams struggling to break the deadlock.

In the second half, Falconets FC striker Patience Carr opened the scoring, followed by a second goal from striker Beckie Tvan.

Dolakeh FC midfielder Rebecca Togba pulled one back late in the game, but it wasn’t enough as the match ended in a 2-1 victory for the Falconets.

Small Town FC awarded a win by forfeit.

Nimba Girls forfeited the match due to their players not being properly registered in the LFA Connect system.
