Health Ministry kicksoff CRDF

GANTA, NIMBA – The Ministry of Health (MOH), through its Community Revolving Drug Fund (CRDF) and the Office of Financial Management, has kicked off the final phase of the National Training of Trainers (TOT) workshop in Ganta, Nimba County, to enhance health financing and drug sustainability in public health facilities across Liberia.

The week-long TOT workshop aimed to strengthen national efforts in building foundational skills needed to deliver effective training and subsequent rollout of the Community Revolving Drug Fund (CRDF) and Cost Sharing.

The workshop brings together County Health Officers (CHOs), Hospital Administrators, and Health Management Teams from Montserrado, Grand Bassa, Nimba, Bong, Lofa, Grand Cape Mount, Margibi, and Bomi counties.

The workshop is designed to provide participants with a deeper understanding of the CRDF and Cost-Sharing schemes, ensuring improved access to essential medicines and promoting accountability and transparency in health service delivery.
