The Liberia Football Association (LFA) has successfully concluded a two-day training workshop in Fish Town, River Gee, under its Women’s Football Club Licensing program.
The FIFA-funded initiative brought together more than 35 participants, including representatives from women’s football and lower-division men’s clubs.
Facilitated by LFA Competitions and Club Licensing Manager Joel Freeman, the training focused on strengthening women’s football structures and enhancing digital club management to align with modern football standards.
River Gee becomes the third county in the southeast to benefit from this capacity-building program, following earlier sessions in Grand Kru and Maryland.
